If you are planning on opening your own business by using a concession trailer there are a few ideas you may like to use, course if you already have your menu ready you are one step ahead of the rest.

For a hot dog concession trailer you will need plenty of hot dogs, buns and condiments. As for which condiments it really depends on how creative you can get. Of course there are your basics, relish, mayo, ketchup and mustard but many like something more. Try to spice things up a bit by adding spicy mustard or try creating your own unique blend. Others will want a sausage instead of your regular hot dog and will pay more for it. If children are around they’d get a kick out of cheese hot dogs, as in the types that already have the cheese inside them.

Try grilling some buns as well as keeping others still in the bag. Don’t forget the chips and soda, maybe a few juice boxes for the younger generation.

A magazine vendor will need a few copies of every magazine you can think of. Your best best is to get those ones that are really popular. Ice cream is easy but you’ll need to have a picture of all the types you offer on the side of your trailer. Good luck with your new business.
